  • I've lived here for over 20 years! I took breaks to travel, but overall I've called Portland home since 2003, specifically NE Portland. I know many of the neighborhoods very well, and have spent a lot of time touring houses all over the city throughout the years.

  • I've been licensed over 10 years - I work in residential real estate, and I represent both buyers and sellers in single family homes, multi-family homes and condos. I also love helping folks who have decided to relocate to Portland. I have specialty knowledge in ADU's, having developed a detached unit in 2019 for my own home. I often work with buyers and sellers to identify properties that are excellent candidates for ADU's.

  • The Basement is where you can see if the house has updated systems, and whether it has 'good bones'. Everyone wants a home in good condition, and the foundation and systems help determine if the house has been loved and cared for over the years.

  • I went back to school and got a degree in climate change and sustainability because I was passionate about learning how to mitigate the effects of climate change, and wanted to turn my unease around the topic into knowledge I can share. Resiliency to extreme weather events is more important, and relevant, than ever before. The intersection between these important endeavors are hand in hand. For instance, sealing the buildings envelope helps promote less energy waste, a more comfortable environment, as well as keeping out hazardous smoke from wildfire events.
